​The business specialises in the production of high quality fresh bread, baguettes, rolls and speciality breads along with morning goods items such as croissants, doughnuts, sweet pastries, muffins and cookies.

The Brooklands Bakery is Samworth Brothers’ newest business, located just outside Weybridge, Surrey. It supplies freshly baked breads and sweet bakery items via our own fleet of vans to stores within the M25. Operating within a modern and dynamic facility, the site has circa 240 employees and a long heritage as a high quality bakery operation.

Officially opening its doors on the 20th October 2016, we welcome The Brooklands Bakery to the Samworth Brothers family.

Using the latest consumer insight, our product development team is constantly looking to innovate and delight both our retail customers and their end consumers. We continue to invest in new concepts and techniques to create a fresh bread offering that is of the highest quality that is delivered daily across London.

Our people

The Brooklands Bakery operates with all the relevant positions needed in a fully functioning Bakery, ranging from manufacturing-related roles such as Production Operatives, Team Leaders, Area Managers Technical, Quality Assurance, Process, and Engineering to more office based roles such as Accounts, Personnel, Development Chefs, Purchasing, Commercial, Marketing and IT.

Community & environment

We are looking to build relationships with the local national baking college which is based in South Bank University to provide us with high quality bakers of the future who can gain experience from working in a professional bakery environment.
