It’s only by joining us that you can find out exactly what it’s like to be an Industrial Placement student with Samworth Brothers. But you can get a good idea by hearing what some of our recent IP students have to say.
Meet our IP students
At the end of your placement, you will have gained invaluable on-the-job experience and will also have a good commercial understanding of how a business in the food industry works. We encourage our IP students to return to Samworth Brothers after graduation, providing our businesses with the talent, commitment and expertise we need to ensure our continued success.
When you join us, you will be assigned a mentor who will work with you on a confidential one-to-one basis. Your mentor will be there to encourage and support you, so you can make the most of your opportunity with us. Their role is to offer guidance and to respond to your needs by providing useful insights for you based on their own experiences.
