Blueberry Foods is a flexible, purpose built bakery specialising in high quality, premium cakes and desserts, both chilled and ambient.
Our purpose-built bakery, the newest build of the Samworth Brothers sites, opened in August 2008 supplying high quality cheesecake and cream cake products to Marks & Spencer. The team then launched a creative range of Christmas products which remain iconic in the market today.
Further growth, including the high profile launch of premium cupcakes into national distribution for Marks & Spencer, has seen Blueberry continue its investment, recently launching products into Tesco. This modern site has the opportunity to expand its current capacity further in subsequent years.
