About Us

We are a fourth-generation family company with 13 businesses producing high quality chilled foods for the British market, employing over 6,000 people in well-invested, modern sites in Leicestershire, Cornwall and Milton Keynes. Last year we had sales of £570m. We are based in Melton Mowbray, a town famous for its food heritage.

We use only the best quality ingredients - many sourced locally - to produce food across a number of categories, from sandwiches to desserts, for our retail customers and our own brands: Ginsters and Dickinson & Morris.

Being privately-owned has allowed us the stability to invest and grow consistently over the years, offering new opportunities for our customers, staff, suppliers and local communities.
