We have been making quality sandwiches at our purpose built sites Bradgate Bakery and Melton Foods for nearly 20 years.

What started as a simple sandwich has developed into the production of bagels, wraps, ciabatta and a huge variety of breads and fillings, to meet the changing tastes, seasons and demands of our consumers.

Made predominantly for the retailers own label brands, but also for our own Ginsters and Deli Club brands, we never lose sight of the quality, freshness and the attention to detail needed to produce 3 million sandwiches a week. Retaining this same high standard of quality and service couldn’t be done without the commitment of our people.

As well as sandwiches Bradgate Bakery is also one of the UK's leading producers of premium snack salads in an 'on the go' market that is worth £200m and growing fast. Consumers demanding freshness, convenience and healthy ingredients can buy our products through Tesco and Ginsters. The highest quality salad and pasta is sourced along with the many other ingredients needed to supply this market. Our skill in maintaining the taste and texture of the product over its life is key to our continued success.
