The successful individual will possess good communication skills including good numeracy and literacy and be flexible in their approach to work and be able to work effectively on their own initiative within a small team. Daily activities include palleting, packing and picking. Applicants must also be advised that this role will involve lifting.
The Successful Individual – You will have the following required skills and experience;
Working Hours – 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days. Main working days will be Sunday – Thursday (however may be required to work a Tuesday – Saturday / Monday – Friday shift as per business needs). This role of Area Manager will be responsible for covering the AM and PM shift and therefore will be expected to be on call to be able to provide support for business critical issues.
