We have an exciting opportunity to join the Ginsters Sales Team responsible for the Discounter Channel achieving the agreed annual targets for volume and revenue for our customers through the development, and implementation, of customer Business Plans within agreed budgets, acknowledging that long term Relationships are essential for success.

The Right Person

You will be someone who is focused on the customer and who can demonstrate initiative and ownership. You will also value others and their contributions and be happy to work collaboratively with others. You will be flexible and adaptable to change. In addition, you will have the following skills:

  • Have the ability to navigate the complexities of the Discounter Channel by creating a road map for growth while working with the retailers on a day to day basis.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills at all levels within business and proven ability to develop long term relationships for mutual growth.
  • Have a proven track record of success with previous account management
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Demonstrates resilience and has a positive & confident attitude
  • Exceptional communication skills written and verbal. Ability to deliver persuasive presentations to the business.
  • High level of numeracy and analytical ability
  • Degree qualified or equivalent in a business related discipline (preferred)
  • Excellent at commercial negotiation
