The Role
We are recruiting a part time (20 hours per week) PMB Team Administrator to join our team in Leicester on a fixed term contract basis, until June 2020, providing admin support to the People Model bakery team.

You will provide administration support to the team within a fast paced dynamic environment therefore the ability to multitask, adapt and the ability to work under pressure is essential.

In further detail your key duties will be to provide administrative support to:

  • Project Manager: meeting notes, updating trackers / project control documents, arranging team meetings, room bookings.
  • Testing Lead: Reviewing of documents, printing, testing support, room bookings
  • Training: Printing of training notes, room bookings
  • Travel & Accommodation: Liaising with travel company to arrange, flights, cars, hotels etc as required by PMB team
  • General: Stationery, Team WhereAbouts, Advanced Software licence management

The Successful Individual
To be successful in the role, you will have the following required skills, experience, knowledge and qualifications:

  • Admin experience in a busy project office preferred
  • Good IT skills, knowledge MS Office packages will be required. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams & SharePoint)
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and deliver in a demanding environment
  • The ability to deal with confidential data#
  • Attention to detail
  • Exhibits the ability to meet deadlines, work independently and be flexible
  • Able to work under pressure, self-motivated – driven to achieve results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships & is willing to support all members of the project team
  • Ability to work/travel across all businesses & offices and travel to off-site meetings as required, this may include overnight stays.
