As Process Manager you will manage the process development teams to ensure the efficient and smooth running of new products, process development from concept approval through to launch and the continuous improvement of these products and processes thereafter. You will take responsibility for ensuring that products and processes are introduced in accordance with adhering to all technical food safety, legality or quality requirements and meet the anticipated margin requirements for the business. Alongside this you will manage a team of people and their development to create succession plans within your area.
