We currently require a permanent Jelly Team Leader at Walker & Son to join the existing Jelly team on a permanent basis.
As part of the management team, your role will be to ensure the efficient, effective and safe running of the Jelly Department; this includes taking responsibility for people, material and capital resources. In addition to this, candidates should be looking to develop new ways of working and improve the current procedures.
The successful applicant will possess high levels of motivation, the ability to achieve results through their team and good communication skills, alongside basic numeracy skills. A good understanding of operational issues, hygiene, health & safety and quality control, will also be required. The ideal candidate will also have a keen interest in mechanical maintenance and have a logical approach to problem solving.
