We now have opportunities within the Despatch department for Relief Team Leaders on the above shift.
Whilst performing the role of Relief Team Leader the successful applicant will be responsible for achieving targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene and health and safety. You must have a good understanding of the bakery process including HACCP and Standing Operating Procedures. You will need the ability to communicate and liaise effectively with Team Leaders to ensure excellent customer service levels are provided at all times.
To be successful for this exciting role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
A good understanding of System 21 would advantageous but full training will be given.
