Our Team Leader roles at Samworth Brothers won’t hang about for long. That’s because the people who’ll apply for them are full of energy and lightning quick.

They manage a team at an Operative level which involves monitoring and acting upon staffing requirements to ensure that they are in line with production demand. They ensure staff are trained to a competent level of ability to carry out their duties correctly and safely. They also deliver relevant training as well as ensure appropriate skill levels are maintained within their team. Our Heroes understand the importance of communication and maintain a high level of accuracy with all tasks given to them.

They are champions for health & safety and live and breathe the Samworth Brothers purpose and values.
