Duties will include:
Issue of Recipes, and other paperwork to the Bakery.
Recording and processing customer complaints.
Generation of Customer and internal reports.
Complete & submit detailed & accurate finished product specifications using online customer portals (eg Micros).
Applicants will need to demonstrate:
Working well with others.
Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
The ability to work quickly & accurately in all circumstances with the ability to meet deadlines with a strong ‘Right First Time Approach’.
The ability to communicate effectively to all levels and have a good telephone manner.
Good organisational skills & excellent attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative as well as working within a team.
Successful applicant would ideally have previous specification writing experience.
Other candidates would be considered with training provided if attributes are met.
