Our people
Our goal is to help everyone to reach their full potential through inclusive opportunities and well-being.
Today, more than ever, we live in a world of uncertainty. The lingering effects of the pandemic, the climate crisis, inflation, and more. At Samworth Brothers, we think of ourselves as a family. This drives our desire to ease the strain for our colleagues. We pay in excess of the national living wage, provide opportunities and aim to help everyone reach their full potential. Across our 19 businesses, our unified approach to people and culture is called ‘The Samworth Way’. It is how we drive diversity and inclusion, attract and build talent, and promote health and well-being.
Caring for communities
Our goal is to ensure those who are most at need in the communities where we operate are heard and helped.
Communities are the heartbeat of the nation. At Samworth Brothers, we’ve a long heritage of community support. Everyone at Samworth Brothers is proud to be a part of our ‘Caring for Communities’ programme – whether volunteering to deliver free meals in school holidays, running 200 miles non-stop to fundraise, or simply getting out locally to clean up litter. Our actions, big or small, make a real difference. We believe that the most important contribution any company can make is to boost its surrounding communities by being a strong and successful business that provides employment, good quality jobs and ongoing support for the local economy.
Charity Challenge
Samworth Brothers Charity Challenge is a fundraising triathlon-style event which takes place every two years and has raised more than £2.2 million for charity since it was launched in 2007.
