We are looking for graduates who have an appetite for challenge – turning your academic success into commercial progress will take commitment, energy and skill. Our graduate programme has been specifically designed to provide a clear route into management and provide you with the strong career foundations to support your leadership aspirations.

The Journey
Our Graduates complete four separate 6-month placement roles, at a variety of locations across the UK, so flexibility is a must. Our aim is to provide you with a thorough understanding of our business and a valuable breadth of experience, working with different departments, products and customers.

We offer two pathways
Food Technical
Once a new product has been developed in our test kitchens, our Technical teams are responsible for development of the production process, ingredient specifications and product life, packaging information and important ongoing management of the quality and safety of our food throughout the manufacturing process.
Commercial Management
From market trends and shopper preferences, through to development and launch of new products, our Commercial teams must maintain close relationships with our retail customers, suppliers, and internal teams to manage our product portfolio, procurement, sales and promotional plans to achieve the best possible results.

Career Progression
On completion of the two years, you will be offered a permanent role. We will work with you throughout the course of the programme to understand your skills and preferences to ensure that your first career role is matched to your longer-term ambitions and enables you to play to your strengths. The Selection Process
Once you send your application to us, the selection process has a number of steps:
- Application received, acknowledged and screened
- Video Interview
- Individual Profiling (online)
- Recruitment Day
- Feedback and/or offer

What to exepect
Four Placements
The scheme lasts two years and, during that time, you will experience four placements of six months each that will test your commercial, technical, project management and people management skills. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in the Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility activities.

Ongoing Support
We have a great support structure in place, so you will be assigned a mentor who will be on hand to provide help, advice and guidance whenever you need it. Your mentor will be a senior manager whose job will be to take an interest in your development with us and to respond to your needs by providing useful insights based on their own experiences.
Learning & Development
Over the course of the two years you will attend various events designed to broaden your key personal and business skills and knowledge.
